Tuo Cha Birds Nest (Pu-erh) - The leaves for Tuo Cha are pressed in small "bowls" or nests, and individually wrapped.One Tuo Cha weighs approximate 5 grams, the perfect amount for two cups. The tea can be stored, and will mature, over long periods of time. Dragons Well Longjing - The Longjing or "Dragons Well" with its subtle, chestnut flavor is probably the most renowned green tea in the world. Its mellow, slightly sweet taste makes it very enjoyable, even for the green tea novice. The leaves are dried in a hot wok. Skillful hands press the leaves against the sides of the wok and turn them repeatedly until they obtain their characteristically flat shape. This basic Longjing from the Chinese Zehjiang Province is an excellent value.

Entirely handmade, the fresh aroma and beautiful jade-green color of this tea are usually found only in significantly more expensive grades. Enjoy this vitamin C-rich tea throughout the day or as an evening revitalizer.
